Cancellation Policy

  • Students may cancel their enrollment before the commencement of classes by notifying us in writing or through email.

  • Once classes have commenced, cancellation requests will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

  • Aone Tuition Classes reserves the right to cancel any course or batch due to insufficient enrollment or unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, students will be informed promptly.

Refund Policy

  • Registration and admission fees, if any, are non-refundable.

  • If a student cancels enrollment before the start of classes, a refund may be processed after deducting applicable administrative charges.

  • No refund will be provided for classes already attended or completed.

  • Refund requests made after the commencement of a course may not be eligible for a refund.

  • In the event that Aone Tuition Classes cancels a course or batch, eligible students will receive a full or partial refund, as applicable.

Refund Processing

  • Approved refunds will be processed through the original mode of payment.

  • Refunds may take 7–14 business days to reflect in the student’s account, depending on the payment provider and banking institution.
